Not much is happening at Stampede Park this week as cleanup and other tasks finish up now that Stampede 2010 is in the books. Many staff and volunteers are using this opportunity to take some much needed time off for themselves while others are already busy planning Stampede 2011 and beyond!
Of course, that isn’t to say that things aren’t happening elsewhere. For example, speaking of Stampede 2011, we’re running a contest on our official Facebook fan page right now where you can win a return flight for two people from WestJet that you can use on next year’s Stampede! And as always, the Stampede Casino is open year-round and always has something going on down there, including an excellent food menu.
